Immersed in the smooth hills, Agriturismo Casa Vecchia boasts an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and features a panoramic swimming pool with rustic accommodation in the Umbrian country style, created from a new division of the old stone farmhouse. The restructuring and reconversion of the farmhouse has respected the original architecture typical of the Umbrian farms. Each restoration work has been carried out with particular care and attention to the choice of materials. For beams, joists and fixtures, only chestnut timber was used, while for the floors, the choice of material fell on the hand-worked rosé terracotta, brick by brick, and produced with deep Senese clays. The furniture consists of handcrafted pieces and, mostly, from family furniture, restored and subtracted from the dust of the attics.

It is a three-room apartment of about 45 sqm., located on the first floor and with an independent entrance, obtained from the renovation of the old granary, an environment where grain and cereals were stored in large quantities.
LE STANZIE
It is a three-room apartment of about 45 sqm., located on the first floor and with an independent entrance, obtained from the original wing of the house where the bedrooms were located.
LA DISPENSA
It is a three-room apartment of 45 sqm., located on the first floor and with an independent entrance, obtained from the previous space in which once our family used to store various supplies and household goods.
IL CUCINONE
It is a three-room apartment of 42 sqm., located on the first floor and with an independent entrance, made out of the original family kitchen.
